A $150 DEALER FEE WILL BE ASSESED ON ALL TITLED VEHICLES/TRAILERS/MOTORCYCLES.

FEES ARE COLLECTED AND SET TO THE STATE THROUGH A LOCAL TAG AGENCY. COSTS/FEES ARE CALCULATED BY THE WEIGHT AND TYPE OF VEHICLE. CALL OR EMAIL FOR DETAILS.

Applicable Sales Tax of 7% will be added to all purchases, unless the purchaser has a valid resale certificate and is purchasing for resale with proper documentation. NO EXCEPTIONS

By placing a successful bid, you are entering a binding agreement between yourself and the Seller. Once accepted, bids may not be retracted or cancelled and, upon acceptance by the Seller, constitute a binding agreement between the Buyer and Seller. '

(for example if a lot has QTY of 5, and the winning bid is $10. The winning bidder will pay $10 x 5 = $50 plus buyers premium and tax)

Absentee bids may be accepted by the auctioneer prior to the start of the live auction, absentee bids will only be accepted in-person, with cash deposits in hand. The auctioneer will bid on behalf of the absentee bidders. During the live sale, "FLOOR BIDDER" may indicate an absentee bid, a live bid, and/or a bid from a competitive platform.
